Known for his creative approach to business and common sense solutions no matter the issue, Dallas McLaughlin is excited to take his integral leadership from the entertainment industry and put it to work for all his neighbors in the Rancho California Water District.

Dallas is a writer, producer, teacher, performer and philanthropist raised in Southern California.

After graduating from the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts, Dallas went to work as a performer and writer for SeaWorld San Diego. Quickly becoming a show producer and director for the Sea Lion and Otter show, Pets Rule, and Shamu’s House of Douse. In 2002 Dallas also began his radio career at Star 100.7fm then moving to FM94/9 for over seven years.

During this time Dallas found himself writing on a pilot for Nickelodeon that eventually became the Emmy and BAFTA award-winning children’s show Yo! Gabba Gabba! This led to staff writing and performing positions on The Aquabats! Super Show! on the HUB Network, and consultant positions on Shimmer and Shine, Sanjay and Craig, and at Disney Television Animation.

In 2015 Dallas, his wife Samantha, and daughter Emilia moved from San Diego to Temecula. Drawn by the incredible school district, family-first mentality and of course the wine, the family has happily planted roots right here in the valley.

Over the last decade Dallas has turned his attention to philanthropy and supporting the Arts, raising over two million dollars for various theatre arts and education programs in Southern California.
